A bunion is a prominent protrusion on the inside of the big toe. Factors that cause this foot problem include family history, arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Wearing tight shoes also exposes people to deviation of the big toe. The hard hallux vagus corrects the wrong position of the thumb during sleep. This product puts the thumb in the right place by applying gentle pressure and corrects the crooked thumb by preventing the first and second toes from overlapping.
